Before starting the course I was unsure what exactly EFT was and how it could help me with my binge eating but during the 8 weeks Maxine opened up this whole world for me. SARAH - Maxine offers group EFT sessions. During these sessions you calm your mind so your issues and concerns become really clear. By tapping, you work through your thoughts and emotions which is liberating and at times, life changing.
