One of the areas that many women feel challenged by is their relationship with food.

I run one to one sessions and an online group program that systematically addresses emotional eating, overeating and cravings to create a healthy relationship with food.

A Bit About Me

I have always been interested in human behaviour, hence pursuing Psychology at university.

But it was through asking myself the right questions and inadvertently coaching myself, that I decided to train to become a professional coach.
